1. Booking Process

All sessions, including readings (45 minutes), hypnotherapy (1 hour), and coaching, can be booked online via my website or by contacting me directly.

Readings are available in-person in Draperstown, Northern Ireland, or online via Google Meet. Hypnotherapy and coaching sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed.

A booking is confirmed once payment is received or a deposit is secured (see Payment Terms below). You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and any preparation instructions.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking for readings and coaching sessions unless otherwise stated.

For hypnotherapy, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the session.

Payments can be made via [insert payment methods, e.g., bank card, PayPal, bank transfer]. Prices include VAT where applicable, and this will be clearly outlined at checkout.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling by You

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled session qualify for a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposit for hypnotherapy) or can be rescheduled at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability, for a £10 admin fee.

No-shows (failing to attend without notice) forfeit the full session fee, and no rescheduling option is available.

4. Cancellation by Me

If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), I’ll notify you as soon as possible. You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, whichever you prefer.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if it’s made under false pretenses or if I’m unable to provide the service as agreed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive or log in on time. Sessions begin at the scheduled start time, and late arrivals will still end at the scheduled finish time, with no extension or refund offered.

 

6. Confidentiality and Conduct

All sessions are confidential, and your personal information will be handled in line with my Privacy Policy.

I expect respectful behavior during sessions. I reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if your conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.

 

7. Legal Compliance

Services are provided in good faith for guidance and personal development, not as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Under the UK Equality Act 2010, I do not discriminate based on protected characteristics (e.g., age, gender, disability). Reasonable adjustments will be made where possible to ensure accessibility—please let me know your needs when booking.
